Grove is a flexible recurring service. You can customize your shipment frequency, skip a month, or remove items from your basket at any time. We always send a reminder email before your order ships so you can make adjustments.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit, no questions asked.
How do you handle shipping and carbon offsets?
Every Grove order is 100% carbon neutral. We offset the carbon emissions from every shipment to your door through our partnership with verified reforestation and conservation projects.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
We are committed to being 100% plastic-free by 2025. Currently, we prioritize glass, aluminum, and FSC-certified paper packaging, and we offer plastic-neutral shipping for any remaining plastic components in your order.
